Our Retreat Days include Meditation, a life-affirming ‘Heal Your Life’ workshop and Sound healing experiences- including a powerful and relaxing Gong Bath.
All this in a place of peace and calm with like-minded folks, lots of fun and good food! We are aiming to recreate what we offer on our Lake District Retreats without you having to leave home.
