Reiki
A wise friend of mine once said to me that “where thought goes, energy flows” and I think that this principle applies very well to Reiki.
Some of us have been taught in quite a rigid way, learning that we must always follow a particular prescription to achieve a desired effect, whether this be a set form of words, a collection of symbols, or a complicated ritual. That’s fine: we can choose to do that if we like, but I believe that underlying our form of words, our rituals and our symbols is an important and powerful driving force: our intention. The Treatment Guide was purportedly written by Usui-Sensei himself. |

An article by Michael Baird
Drumming, sound, music, harmony, experiencing feelings, stepping into the flow. . . this describes my life today, yet it didn’t before I regained the awareness of the healing sounds and rhythms of drumming. |
